The Russian Armed Forces will practice launching a "massive nuclear attack in response to an enemy atomic attack."

This was announced by the Russian Minister of Defense, Sergei Shoigu.

Russia's strategic deterrence forces are being trained under the leadership of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Russian Defense Minister Shoigu reported to Putin that the Russian military will practice launching a massive nuclear strike in response to an enemy nuclear attack.

During the training, Russia reportedly conducted intercontinental, ballistic and sea-launched missile launches. The video of the missile launch was published by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
