US and Israeli airstrikes in Iran have left 201 dead and 747 injured, according to the Red Crescent.
Meanwhile, Israel has treated 89 people with minor injuries following ballistic missile attacks from Iran, according to the Israeli National Emergency Service.
The Israeli military said about 200 warplanes struck Iranian missile and air defense systems in western and central Iran.
In a letter to the UN Secretary-General and the president of the Security Council, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stressed that Tehran will continue to exercise decisively and immediately "its inherent right to legitimate defense" until the US and Israeli aggression stops.
The airstrikes by the US and Israel, he added, constitute a "flagrant violation" of the UN Charter and an example of "armed aggression" against Iran.
Araghchi stressed that Iran's armed forces will use "all necessary defensive capabilities and resources to confront this criminal aggression and deter hostile actions."
