Murder is prevented in Montenegro. Montenegrin police detained Milutin Knezhević (38), Miloš Jovanović (34), Milutin Çotar (57) and Dejan Rutović (43), whom they accuse of being members of the "Kavač" clan at the behest of Radoj Zvicer (head of the notorious drug gang 'Kavaç') and Milan Vujotic, who were preparing for the liquidation of Jovan Jovanovic from Kotor. The police officially announced that nine members of the criminal group, and that together with them, 14 firearms and 30,000 euros were seized. During the year 2020, Switzerland and Vujotic have formed a criminal organization to take Jovanovic's life.

Who is Jovan Jovanovic?

Jovan Jovanović from Kotor, who in the data of the security services is mentioned as a person close to the Skaljar criminal clan, was known to the public and the police before. He came into the limelight in December 2016 after he escaped from the hands of the police station commander as he was being taken to the toilet. After leaving the Police building, Jovanovic quickly disappeared in the Muo neighborhood, where all traces of him have been lost. Because of the escape, the Police blocked the whole of Kotor and there was almost no intersection or street where the police did not enter to find him, but no sign. Many officials were arrested and fired for the scandal, but the person in question had disappeared. 

However, the wait came to an end in October 2014, when Jovanovic and Dalibor Djuric were sent to the prison of Spuzh, after it was suspected that in May of that year they had stolen a "Mercedes" car and a "Phaeton" speedboat, worth over 20,000 of euros from Marjan Netzmeskal. For this incident, Jovanovic was sentenced to one year and 8 months in prison.

During his stay in Spushka prison, an unknown person killed Dalibor Gjurič with a sniper shot from a nearby hill. He was hit by a bullet right in the heart and despite receiving immediate medical attention, he could not be saved. This case created unrest in Montenegro, especially because Djuric had long complained that his security had been threatened.

In July 2016, in Spuz prison, Jovan Jovanovic threw hot oil on Igor Bozhovic, who is known as one of the high-ranking soldiers of the Kavački clan. 

"I was returning from the salon to the room. When I was about a meter and a half away from the room where Jovanovic was, he came out and poured hot oil on my face and hands," said Bozhovic. When asked by the judge how he knew Jovanovic had poured oil on him, Božovic said he felt it. 

After this incident, the prisoners were separated into different departments, so Jovanovic ended up in ward C of Spushki prison. However, it was not quiet there either. Even after its release, it seems to continue to be in high demand. As much as Rajode Switzerland, who was rumored to have been killed, Panama is interested in his elimination.
