Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has warned of further terrorist attacks in Kosovo, mainly in the north, before and after the New Year.

In a press conference, the head of the Kosovo government said that these methods of Serbia aim to challenge Kosovo's vital infrastructure, create interethnic incidents, and spread the image of an unstable state.

"Other terrorist attacks and sabotage in Kosovo and the north have been warned by terrorist organizations taking refuge in Serbia, citing the end-of-year holidays and Orthodox Christmas. The attacks may be carried out depending on the political interests of the Serbian head of state, internal tensions and opposition protests there. Such methods of challenging Kosovo's security, which aim to violate and damage vital infrastructure and cause interethnic incidents and create an image of an unstable country, are expected to occur in the near future, especially before and after the new year ," Kurti warned.

Despite the fact that these types of attacks are challenging even for a powerful state, Kurti said that they are committed to neutralizing them.

"We are committed to maximally neutralizing this method of Serbia, as such attacks are challenging even for powerful states," Kurti said.

Kurti accused Milan Radoić of hiding behind the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal with the support of Belgrade. According to him, Radojčić can no longer organize Russian-style actions, but has engaged certain people for certain actions in the north.

"Based on the intelligence information, behind the order to attack the Ibër Lepenc canal, stands Milan Radojčić and his terrorist group supported by Serbia. The attack was planned by Milan Radojčić. So far, encrypted communications related to the case have been identified, the data is being processed by security institutions, unlike the attack in Banjska where Radiočić personally participated by leading the terrorist group, this time he has attempted to justify himself, or is trying to invent an alibi for himself. His expectation was that the canal would be irreversibly damaged. The terrorist attack on November 29 on the Ibër Lepenc canal is a continuation of terrorist attacks and destabilizing activities carried out by the mechanisms of Serbian influence in Kosovo. Such terrorist acts require professional preparation, Radojčić is supported by Serbian structures, it is estimated that the explosion of the Ibër-Lepenc canal was supported with planning and logistics from Serbia. "The attack was impossible to carry out by Radoićić's group without the knowledge and support of the Serbian state," Kurti declared.

According to him, Serbia aims for the public to lose trust in Kosovo's institutions, division within the country, and uncertainty about the attackers in international opinion.

"The data possessed by Kosovo institutions leads to the conclusion of responsibility as follows; civil defense Milan Radiočiči certain elements of the Serbian state. Through the attacks, Serbia is aiming for the public to lose trust in Kosovo institutions, to raise hypotheses aimed at division within the country and uncertainty about the attackers in international opinion."

During his speech, Kurti also provided details about all the attacks that have occurred in the north.
