Israel kills Iran's Revolutionary Guard intelligence chief
Seyed Majid Khadami

The Revolutionary Guard intelligence commander has been killed.

The Pasdaran's announcement announced "the martyrdom of Major General Seyed Majid Khadami, the powerful and knowledgeable head of the intelligence organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps."

Khadami was appointed last June following the killing of Mohammed Kazemi during the 12-day war.

"That distinguished commander, during almost half a century of sincere and courageous defense of the Revolution, the regime, and the Islamic homeland in the fields of intelligence and security, has recorded magnificent, sustainable, and fruitful results, which for many years can serve as a guide for the country's intelligence community, especially in confronting external enemies and their evil and diabolical plans to infiltrate and undermine the security and tranquility of proud Iran," the statement stressed.
