The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora in Kosovo, Donika Gërvalla, announced today that Russia is currently carrying out a hybrid attack on Kosovo.

Gërvalla, through a post on the "X" social network, said that the Russian hybrid attack on Kosovo came after Kosovo's announcement that it will support Ukraine with military equipment.

"Russia is attacking Kosovo in a hybrid way today, after our announcement of support with military equipment for Ukraine, in its justified defense against genocidal Russian aggression. We know from Serbia's genocide against Kosovo that only military means stop genocide", wrote Gërvalla

Russian hackers have attacked the websites of Kosovo institutions, which were not in operation during the day. According to the announcement from the government, the website of the Presidency and the Prime Minister's Office were the target of the attacks.
