Greece/ Fireworks party on yacht sets fire to Greek tourist island, 13 arrested

Greek authorities have arrested 13 crew members of a yacht on suspicion of arson.

The crew reportedly set off fireworks on the popular tourist island of Hydra to entertain guests, but the sparks set the lone pine forest on fire.

The suspects first tried to put out the flames then called the fire department and fled the area.

The island's mayor expressed anger in a television interview, saying that whatever central authorities do, the island's community will also press charges against those involved.
