In the living room of the first shelter of Matteo Messina Denaros, discovered and checked by the police, in Campobello di Mazara, a poster was also found with the face of "The Godfather", the one who played in the homonymous film in which the protagonist, Marlon Brando, plays the character of Don Vito Corleone.

The image, printed with a close-up of the character wearing a bow tie and a red rose to his right, is very similar to the poster for Francis Ford Coppola's film.

The poster is added to other materials found in the first hideout, the house in Vicolo San Vito identified hours after the boss's arrest: luxury items, Viagra, signature clothing and refined perfumes and, above all, documents with the initials and numbers of phone, which, however, at the moment do not seem to indicate anything important.

The third 'bunker' of Messina Denaro is also found, but it is empty.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, the boss's third hideout was found: an apartment on the first floor of a yellow building, a few hundred meters from the first and not far from the second "bunker" discovered on Wednesday by the Guardia di Finanza.

The house, which the mafia boss allegedly lived in until last June, is located in via San Giovanni.

And at the moment it is empty and for sale. Investigations are continuing to ascertain whether secret rooms like the one discovered in the second shelter were created in the apartment.

An armored "bunker" hidden by a wardrobe full of clothes, which is accessed by a sliding floor.

The key to what he called a closet—apparently full of boxes, some jewelry, gems, and silverware—was given by the owner of the house in which the hideout was set up: Errico Risalvato, the brother of a convicted loyalist boss. for mafia organization still under investigation.

The Public Prosecutor's Office, headed by Maurizio de Lucia, will now have to examine all the material found after the arrest: the diary that was in the bag of the mafia boss at the time of the arrest, which would also contain reflections and pieces of paper .

Messina Denaro's two mobile phones, posts, notes and documents with abbreviations, phone numbers, names and figures that suggest some kind of memo about investments and expenses found in the apartment in Vicolo San Vito and which are now being analyzed by investigators.

On the possibility that someone may have entered the "shelters" of Messina Denaro to "clean" them immediately after the arrest and before the arrival of the investigators, the commander of the Special Operations Department, Pasquale Angelosanto, explains: "We are not able to say if someone went first. I hope that if there was someone, they left some traces. It is a hypothesis, but at the moment we are not able to prove it".
