The identity of the 19-year-old Albanian from Kosovo who was attacked by several people who killed him with a knife on the border between Croatia and Serbia is revealed.

It is about the young Shqipron Muçiqi, who was killed under still unclear circumstances in the village of Batrovc.

A witness, a truck driver from Bosnia, told the media that he had seen several people attack the two young Albanians, where one of them was killed while the other managed to escape.

According to Serbian media, the perpetrators are suspected to be citizens from Afghanistan. However, the event remains unsolved.

Family members shared the sad news on social networks:

Today, with a broken heart, I announce to you that our Albanians are no longer among us, Allah loved them more than us.

Family and friends, I inform you that Shqipron Shemsi Muciqi tragically lost his life in still unclear circumstances on the Croatian border.
