A terrible crime happened yesterday in the city of Iconium, Turkey, where a 54-year-old Syrian killed his two minor daughters with a knife.

According to Hurriyet information, Yusuf al-Ahmed stabbed 17-year-old Kevsher and 15-year-old Merveh to death after a fight broke out between them in their house in the basement. The 54-year-old, originally from Syria, immediately after the serious crime went to the Police and surrendered.

Immediately, the police teams went to the family's apartment to solve the crime. There they found the dead bodies of two minor girls. Their bodies were sent to the hospital morgue for autopsy.

It is known that at the time of the cruel murder, the youngest child and a relative of the family were in the house, while the mother of the girls is known to have disappeared.

According to the information, 54-year-old Jusuf stated in his testimony that " we quarreled over the issue of honor and I lost myself ".

When he came to his senses and realized what he had done seeing his two daughters dead, he went to the police, where he confessed and surrendered.
