A serious event was recorded in Italy, where a 2-year-old boy died after swallowing a part of the toy he was playing with.

The child was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Rome but could not survive.

His parents knew something was wrong when they heard him gasping in his sleep.

They called the ambulance, and after the doctor examined the child, he saw parts of a toy in the esophagus.

The helicopter immediately transferred him to the Gemelli polyclinic, but the child died.

The Public Prosecutor's Office of Tivoli has opened a case for the tragedy.
