Shani Louk, the 22-year-old German kidnapped by Hamas terrorists, is reportedly still alive.

Foreign media write that the 22-year-old's mother has stated that her daughter is still alive, although in critical condition.

Social media was filled with dramatic footage of her abduction by Hamas, as they stripped her of her clothes and paraded her through Gaza on the back of a truck.

Louk, an Israeli-raised tattoo artist, was kidnapped during the Tribe of Nova music festival, and more than 260 young men and women who were with her failed to escape alive after Hamas terrorists opened fire on them.

On Tuesday, Louk's family announced that they had proof that Louk is still alive. German news site Blick reports that her mother said she was in a hospital in Gaza with serious head injuries.

"Now we have more information that Shani is alive," her mother told NTV television, adding that she got the information from unidentified Palestinian sources.

The mother added that Louk is seriously injured and asked the German government for help and quick action.
