During a dinner with foreign correspondents, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni "confessed" to journalists her unrealized dreams.
"I wanted to be a singer, but I'm out of tune, I wanted to play with the national volleyball team, but I'm short, I wanted to meet Michael Jackson, but he died too soon, but it wasn't in my dreams to become prime minister," he said Melon.
"I am a person who has spent two thirds of my life in political engagement and now I consider it to be the most extraordinary form of civil engagement that exists. I don't like being where I am and that's why I can stay longer than others", she added ironically during her speech.
" Michael Jackson taught me English, because I wanted to understand what his songs were saying ," Meloni said, referring to the singer who died in 2009.
" English has helped me a lot, especially in foreign policy ," she added.
In a video published on social networks, Meloni was filmed while dancing to the notes of "Billie Jean", Jackson's very famous song.
