We have seen crime bosses put behind bars because they ran large criminal organizations. However, these examples seem to be followed by the little ones as well.
An 11-year-old has become the leader of his own gang for several crimes in Blackpool, Great Britain. This was said in parliament by Scott Benton, who has raised concerns about "gangs of teenagers" who commit hundreds of robberies in different areas.
"Residents in Talbot and Brunswick have been engulfed in anti-social behavior in recent weeks with hundreds of different crimes being committed by gangs of teenagers. "The leader is an 11-year-old who has been responsible for at least 80 different crimes, including assaulting a female police officer," Benton said.
This statement of his has created a debate in Great Britain.
