The hearing at the Appeals Court of Kosovo for the review of the appeal of the former director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, against the security measure "house arrest", has been postponed until tomorrow due to the absence of prosecutors.
Hyseni and her lawyer did not appear at the hearing, as they had been notified in advance of the absence of the prosecutors.
The former director of SHISH has appealed the security measure "house arrest", which was imposed on her by the GJKKO on September 21, 2026, at the request of SPAK, along with her suspension from duty.
Hyseni is suspected of the criminal offenses of supporting the perpetrator of the crime and revealing secret acts or data, in relation to the Ergys Agas file.
At the time the actions were taken, she was abroad, in Baku, where she had participated in an international conference with intelligence service leaders.
On September 22, Hyseni surrendered at the Vërmica border crossing in Kosovo, where he was then informed of the security measures.
