Immediately after the elections on August 30, 2020, members of the drug police cartel and the Kavaka clan tried to contact the former Prime Minister of Montenegro,  Dritan Abazovic , to explain to him that he should not make a deal "with the Chetniks". and in their mutual communication, they claim that they talked about this with Ramush Haradinaj.

They talked about it through the once protected Sky app, according to transcripts provided by Europol to Montenegrin investigators.

The drama surrounding the loss of power began on the night of the parliamentary elections, an hour after the polls closed, when secret agent Petar Lazović sent a message to his clan associates that they were still waiting, but that the situation was bad.

At that time, the government had not yet been formed, after parliamentary elections in which the DPS lost three decades of power. It depended on the "Together" coalition, led by Abazovic, whether the government would be formed by the parties gathered around the DPS, or by the previous opposition...

On the first day of September 2020, Lazovic, a senior member of the organized crime group of the Kavač clan, informed that he was "at the main headquarters".

"I was at the main headquarters, I said that you have offered and are ready to help the state, they told me that if you have a relationship with Dritan, or someone of yours from Albania, call him and tell him that he should not make an agreement with the Chetniks .And that on Sunday you gather and bring it to the square", writes Lazović.

The first "Patriotic Rally" was held on Sunday, September 6, 2020, seven days after Milo Djukanović's DPS lost the majority to form the government in the elections.

"Let bgm move whatever he wants. I know that Z's hair is falling out, that I will take off his head", said Petar Lazović in a conversation with his colleague Radonjić, since the latter, as he said, is met with Abazović.

In the context of Abazovic's departure from the formation of the government with the opposition parties until then, Lazovic writes in his correspondence with the head of the cafe, Radoj Zvicer, that the now fugitive policeman Ljubo Milovic has connections with the former Prime Minister of Kosovo.

"Dad and the boss said that we should raise everything for Sunday, to show that there is no place for Serbian growth here. Lubo called Ramush (Haradinaj) and he called us to a meeting in Pristina", he wrote to the clan leader.

Para votimit të qeverisë, Lazoviq i ka përcjellë Zvicerit informacionin se Abazovic është takuar me kolegun e tij Dragan Radonjiq, në atë kohë shef i Departamentit të Policisë Speciale.

Këtë e ka bërë duke i përcjellë kreut të lokalit korrespondencën e tij telefonike me një koleg. Në atë bisedë, Radonjiq i ka shkruar Lazoviqit se politikani është “shqyrtuar”, por edhe se sigurisht që do të votojë për qeverinë.

Unë isha në selinë kryesore, thashë që ju ofruat veten dhe jeni të gatshëm të ndihmoni shtetin. Më thanë që nëse keni lidhje me Dritanin, apo me ndonjërin tuaj nga Shqipëria, t'i telefononi dhe t'i thoni se nuk guxon të bëjë marrëveshje me çetnikët. Dhe të mblidhen të dielën dhe të sjellin në shesh, në tubim, shkruan Lazoviq.

Ai gjithashtu vlerëson se nuk do të ishte mirë t'i “lëvizte” nga pozicionet e tyre, nëse nuk do kaos në rrugë.

"Bgm le të lëvizë çfarë të dojë. Unë e di që Z do të dështojë, se do t'ua heq kokën", i është përgjigjur Lazoviq kolegut të tij dhe pastaj ia ka përcjellë korrespondencën Zvicerit.

Nga ai komunikim shihet se Radonjiq ka shkruar se qeveria e re nuk mund të zgjasë, maksimumi gjysmë viti...

Në komunikim, Lazoviq përdor inicialet Z për të treguar babain e tij, Zoran Lazoviq, ndihmës drejtori i atëhershëm i Administratës së Policisë.

Kërcënimet

In October 2020, Abazović has repeatedly announced to the public that, in addition to the pressures coming from local and regional addresses, he also receives threats from criminal circles. Then, in an interview on TV Face, he said that he was not afraid, but that the problem was with the criminal structures that were incorporated into the deep state.

"These people can be problematic. All this carries risks and sacrifices and we are ready to face them. What kind of representative of the people would I be if someone from the criminal structures came to me...".

Asked who is the most dangerous who threatened him, Abazović answered:

"The most dangerous here are the two clans that are internationally known and are our biggest brand, the Kavaçki and Skaljar clans, which are part of a large drug cartel. It is important for people to understand that criminal structures work much better than political ones."

At that time, he did not want to answer who threatened him, but "Monitor", referring to some sources close to Abazovic, announced that he had received warnings from the Kavak clan.
