The businessman from Kosovo Mic Tofaj and his wife Fatlinda Maloku Tofaj were found dead in a residential house in the mountains of Junik, under still unclear circumstances.

Regarding the tragic event, the spokesperson of the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Peja, Shkodran Nikçi, said that there are several investigative tracks where the necessary examinations are being carried out.

"We were notified by the Kosovo Police at noon today. The guardian prosecutor of the serious crimes department together with the Kosovo Police immediately went to the scene. There are several investigative tracks and the necessary examinations are being carried out", Nikçi told Sinjalin.

The couple's death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene, as according to the first information, the joker is suspected to have been electrocuted.

"Today around 11:30, the police station in Junik was notified that two people died in Bjeshke and Junik. Competent units immediately started in that direction together with the doctor in charge. When they arrived, they encountered two victims. The death was determined by the attending physician. It is suspected that the cause was electricity", the police report states.
