From the window of his apartment where he is under "house arrest", former Prime Minister Sali Berisha denounces every afternoon at 18:00 every "affair" of the Rama government, even the alleged corrupt links that, according to him, extend to Washington.

But there is one thing that Berisha and his "Re-establishment" group are not talking about, let alone denounce, thus serving the public interest. It is about a 41-story, 140-meter-high tower that will be built on one of the few remaining sports fields in the capital.

The odd-shaped tower with asymmetric cubes will be erected on Muhamet Gjollesha street, above the field of the "Dajti" sports complex, by the businessman known for his close ties with Sali Berisha's family, Ilir Shtufi.

Stufi with his company "Nova" is not unknown to the public, as only a short time ago his name was revealed to be behind another 58-story tower in the heart of the capital, "Mountain of Tirana", or as he got the epithet "Tower of the Pulpit". Even in this case, Berisha and his people chose not to denounce this tower, even some figures near the "Foltor" jumped into action in the media, attacking anyone who mentioned it.

But how is it possible that Berisha and his group do not denounce a flagrant case of land alienation in Tirana, to pave the way for the construction of this gigantic tower? Why doesn't the opposition demand an investigation into the money that is laundered with the construction of multi-story towers in the capital? This is very easy to understand if you look at the connections of businessman Shtufi with the Berisha family.

Ilir Shtufi is the businessman who has given the ultra-luxurious villa where Sali Berisha's son, Shkëlzeni, lives. The latter admitted this himself during a reaction to the media some time ago. Shkëlzen Berisha has been living for years in the luxurious "castle" in an exclusive area on the outskirts of Tirana, while paying a "ridiculous" rent to Ilir Shtufi.

Ilir Shtufi's businesses have flourished during the socialist government, while he managed to get dozens of reconstruction tenders, other reconstruction tenders as well as permits for photovoltaic towers and parks, making Shtufi deserve the infamous title "oligarch". However, in almost no single case, Sali Berisha has not mentioned his name either to him or to his companies.

Shtufi has received a construction permit for the construction of a total of 7 towers, among the most famous "Garden Building", "Green House" ranging from 25 floors to the two highest "Tirana Mountain" with 58 floors and the latest "Hora" Vertical" that will be built on the sports complex "Dajti" with 41 floors.

In these circumstances, the question cannot but arise; is Ilir Shtufi the businessman who has bought the opposition, managing to shut his mouth so that they don't dare to mention his name? Or is it the opposition that has chosen Ilir Shtufin to use him as a businessman to clean, through the construction of the towers, the dirty money of the corruption of the people of Berisha, charges for which the former prime minister is currently under "house arrest".
