Inez Hajrulla, a person wanted by SPAK, may have been kidnapped by people linked to an opposing group.

Hajrulla was allegedly in a hotel with a girl rumored to be in showbiz when they lost contact.

Meanwhile, security camera footage is being collected to reconstruct their movements.

VNA media writes that this is a possible hostage-taking, while the first suspicions are related to people from the opposing group with whom Hajrulla has had previous conflicts.

The information is under verification and has not been officially confirmed by the State Police as of the publication of this report. It is also unknown whether the police structures have officially registered a complaint for his disappearance or if they have initiated an investigation regarding this information.

Hajrulla is a well-known name to the authorities in Vlora and is currently wanted following a SPAK operation against a criminal group, where suspicions of involvement in criminal activity have been raised against him.

In March 2026, SPAK conducted an operation in Vlora and Hajrulla was one of the people for whom arrest warrants were issued, but he was not captured.

Gone are the drug lords who didn't hesitate to show off their luxurious lives. The younger generation doesn't want to be exposed. They don't want fame, they want control.

E në ndonjë rast, kur interesat prishen, apo konkurrenca në Shqipëri u prish disi reputacionin e fshehtë, nga atje ku ndodhen organizojnë gjithçka.

Por duke përdorur lojtarë të tjerë, pa dalë vetë në skenë në asnjë rast. Në dukje janë grupe e organizata  kriminale pa emër, flamur apo fytyrë, që përdorin korniza ligjore për të maskuar pasuritë e paligjshme.

Duket se një gjë e tillë ka ndodhur edhe në vitit 2023 në Vlorë, kur një personazh që i kishte shpëtuar dy atentateve të mëparshme, arriti t’i shpëtojë dhe një të treti. Ky ishte Inez Hajrulla. Ai ka qenë lidhje shoqërore e Edison Harizaj, i konsideruar si “Il padrino”.

Harizaj, i cilësuar si një nga njerëzit më të fortë të Vlorës, u ekzekutua në Durrës në nëntor të vitit 2018. 

Ai ishte një nga personat më të ruajtur, për shkak të konflikteve të shumta që kishte nga trafiku i drogës, vrasjet dhe gjobëvëniet. Veç të tjerave Harizaj kishte një aleancë edhe me grupin e Selenicës, konkretisht me Ferdinand Llanajn. 

Po ashtu, njihej edhe për miqësinë me Emiljano Shullazin. 

Edison Harizaj, bashkë me shokun e tij, Genci Çaçi, u qëlluan me mbi 50 plumba, ndërsa po udhëtonin në drejtim të Kavajës me një makinë “Audi A8”. Ndërsa pas vrasjes së tij, duket se ishte Inez Hajrulla, njeriu i tij më i afërt, që do të niste planet për hakmarrje.

Madje dyshohet se është përfshirë edhe në aktivitetin e tij, edhe pasi Harizaj u ekzekutua. Më datë 27 nëntor të vitit 2017, në rrugën “Sulejman Delvina”, në Vlorë, ndodhi edhe atentati i parë ndaj tij. Hajrulla u tentua të eliminohej me eksploziv, që ishte vendosur në makinën “Jeep”, me të cilin ai udhëtonte. Pas shpërthimit, ku ai mbeti i plagosur rëndë, Policia gjeti në makinë edhe një pistoletë që ai e mbante pa leje.

Dy vite pas këtij atentati, ai u kthye sërish në objekt të një atentati, kësaj here më armë zjarri. Ai u qëllua në Maj të vitit 2019, në zonën e “Ujit të Ftohtë” në Vlorë, teksa ishte ulur në një lokal. Autorët e qëlluan nga një automjet në lëvizje.

Hajrulla i shpëtoi edhe këtij atentati, ku u plagos gabimisht një person që po pinte kafe në të njëjtin lokal. Makina e atentatorëve u gjet e djegur më pas në fshatin Babicë e Vogël.

Policia pati dyshime në atë kohë se ngjarja mund të ishte porositur nga Bernard Sinomataj, për shkak të përplasjeve që ata kishin. Por në gusht të vitit 2023, Policia e Vlorës arrestoi Amarildo Nikollin, nga Shkodra, për të cilin pati dyshime se ishte paguar për të qëlluar Inez Hajrullën.

Nikolli u arrestua kur po qarkullonte me armë zjarri me silenciator dhe me fishek në fole, gati për qitje dhe dyshohej se kishte ardhur nga Italia në Shqipëri për të kryer një vrasje me pagesë.

Initially, the case against Amarildo Nikolli was handled by the Vlora Court on the charge of “Unauthorized Possession of Weapons and Ammunition.” After a several-month investigation, the Vlora Prosecutor's Office declared incompetence and his file was transferred to the Special Prosecutor's Office for investigation.

SPAK launched investigations into the charges of "Premeditated Murder" committed in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group" and "Unlicensed Possession of Firearms".

Nikolli has agreed to cooperate with SPAK prosecutors, according to him, revealing the names of several characters from the criminal world in Vlora, Tirana and Shkodra. The person who had ordered him to commit the murder and those who had helped him. 

As for whose account the murder was to be committed, he was unable to say. But after his testimony, Dubai comes to the scene. 

His name has been linked over the years to several attempted assassinations against him, while clashes between rival groups in Vlora have been the subject of various investigations.
