KKT has granted a construction permit for the object: "Multifunctional hospital and hotel building 16 floors above ground with 3 floors of underground parking", located in the Municipality of Tirana, with the developer company "Terra Construction" sh.pk.

Another development permit has been granted for the object: "Multifunctional structure, services, medical tourism and hotel", located in the Municipality of Lushnje, with the developer company "UPTC" sh.pk

In the south, the construction of resorts is expected to continue. A Development Permit has been granted for the object: "Hotel Structure 4 floors above ground with 1 parking floor underground", located in Zvërnec, Municipality of Vlorë, with the developer company "Globus Konstruksion" sh.pk.

Another permit is for "Tourist, residential, hotel and services complex", located in Gjilek, Himarë Municipality, with the developer company as the subject.

"Orion" sh.pk A "Hotel structure 1, 2, 3 and 4 floors above ground and 2 floors underground", located in Himarë Municipality, has subject developer Mr. Aristidh Goro.
