The National Council of the Territory headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama has approved in the last meeting a series of construction permits for several objects with different functions.

Although Tirana is full of towers, the government has not spared itself by giving permission for the construction of several others. The concreting of the south coast with hotels and resorts continues.

Several towers in the capital are included in the permits approved at Wednesday's meeting by KKRT. One of them goes up to 44 floors above ground and 7 floors underground, such as the "Sun Moon Star" project, which will be built on "Asim Vokshi" street with the developer company "Alpoint" pk. The owner of this company is Aleksandri Vasili. who is the son-in-law in the family of Kujtim Qefalia, the long-lived ex-chairman and now the administrator of the Dajt Administrative Unit and the socialist deputy, Xhemal Qefalia.

Also, a permit for towers has been given to the company "Nova Construction Group" sh.pk of Ilir and Kujtim Shtufi, which projects the construction of towers with 44 and 55 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground on "Dritan" street Hoxha".

Also, permits have been granted for a number of hotels and resorts on the coast starting from Lezha to Himare. Even one of the hotels in Lezha is planned to rise up to 25 floors above the ground, permission obtained from the company "Belhaus" sh.pk

Also, there is no shortage of permits granted for photovoltaics for energy production.
