The news about the return of visas shocked the sale of apartments in Tirana. This year the prices of apartments increased by 40%, while with the announcement that you have returned your visas, there is a stoppage. You scared away the buyers. Construction is keeping the country's economy alive. The return of visas has also shocked the oligarchs and they are thinking of not building any more floors in their towers without permission.
