It was in the nature of the communists of the 20th century, that they turned from the accused into the accusers of the judging bodies. In addition to the cases we have seen in socio-realism films and theater, history knows real cases. In Albania the word falls, started by Ahmet Zogu in 1938 with the trial against 73 communists led by Qemal Stafa. The king's attempt to make the trial public had the opposite effect where the process turned into a spectacle and the communists became famous with the help of their oratory.
The case of the Reichstag, the famous palace in Berlin that convened and convenes the legislature, etc., is known in the world. As the Reichstag went up in flames one evening in February 1933, Adolf Hitler and Hermann Goering found the culprits in record time. Delayed trial or not, in the process alongside a capital punishment, Georgi Dimitrov stood out. He turned the trial in favor of the communists by changing from the accused to the accuser. And in the end he escaped.
Sali Berisha could not make an exception from this experience, as a zealous former communist who, despite the leadership of that time, does not have one or two photos, but a photo album. In the past changed skin, it seems that the tactics have remained the same as they have been taught in the history of the party. If we compare Berisha's speech at the door of SPAK where he accused the prosecutors and exposed the process, it is similar to Dimitrov's speech 90 years ago. He also spoke about the protection of personal and family honor, about the fight against injustice and of course like Berisha: about the marching revolution.
The only problem in this matter is that no one has burned the Reichstag in Albania, nor do they intend to do so. The first failed Flamur Noka as he lit Berisha's handkerchief next to the parliament chairs. The second are the socialists themselves who, ignoring Berisha's confrontation with justice, seem to never deal with him again. Thirdly, the justice itself failed because it has no intention of investigating the tragedies that happened to us when Sali Berisha was in power. In three governments, three tragedies. As President with Otranto and 1997. As Prime Minister with Gërdec and to be completely satisfied, Ilir Meta also took the second mandate in the government to do January 21.
Today, it is becoming less and less likely that Sali Berisha will see the door of the cell from a property trial. Not because corruption is a minor crime, but because another charge is needed to shut up the man who has sown nothing but death.
Until then, we will follow the SHOW as Berisha accuses his prosecutor of being an investigator, when he himself was Party secretary.
