Why did Arben Ahmetaj consider Veliaj and the incinerator of Tirana, Berisha's media gang, the drawing of a 20-year-old corruption octopus in the SPAK file

In the 320-page report for arguing the request for arrest, SPAK reaches the conclusion that Arben Ahmetaj was the real owner of the incinerators, as I have stated hundreds of times.

The deal collapsed when Ahmetaj tried to transfer this business to the hands of a businessman (cocaine money funnel), who surprisingly turns out to be covering Ridvan Bode's media capsule, the 'broken pencil' and the Nongrata's Eye with money.

The reasons why Ahmetaj took care of the finalization of the procedures for the incinerator of Fier and Elbasan, while frowning on Tirana, has to do with the fact that the incinerator of Tirana was getting out of his hands as a business and he was not guaranteed the percentage claimed as a real owner, as it was for the incinerators of Fier and Elbasan.

And the fight that Ahmetaj started against Veliaj, through a media gang sponsored by Arratia with corruption money, has to do with the fight to recover the incinerator of Tirana, which Ahmetaj sees as a business that has been stolen from him.

In a report of 320 pages, SPAK draws with evidence Arben Ahmetaj as the most unimaginable 'octopus' of corruption and money laundering in Albania, with dynamic activity for two decades.

Through his network and influences, Ahmetaj managed to control Taxes, Customs, OSHEE, the Ministries of Finance and Economy, securities, privatizations, the Directorate for the Prevention of Money Laundering, ILDKPKI, concessions, reconstruction funds, pandemic funds, tenders in the local government, as well as to capture some former mayors of Permet, Korça, Pogradec, Elbasan, Fier, etc., as well as the fact is in the SPAK file.

Ahmetaj's first network consisted of brothers-in-law, girlfriends, friendly circles and trusted soldiers, whom he was able to appoint to key positions, positions they still hold today.

Arben Ahmetaj's second network, according to the SPAK file, consisted of consolidated clients and businessmen, for whom he dictated public money worth hundreds of millions of euros, concessions, public property, buildings, permits, licenses and other favors.

The second network returned to Ahmetaj, a part of the public assets obtained illegally because of him, while covering Ahmetaj's investment of money in real estate such as villas and apartments.

Ahmetajt, according to the SPAK file, has a consolidated corrupt relationship with the so-called leading oligarchs in the country. They are surprisingly not mentioned by name in the file, but are implied in dozens of episodes of corruption and money laundering of Ahmetaj.

Coincidence or not, these oligarchs finance the Tigris media gang, with which they started to attack Erion Veliaj. Coincidence or not, gang members are former corrupt DP officials, fanatics of Sali Berisha, journalists with villas in Rolling Hills, Pala, Kodre e Dielli and Gjirin e Lalzi, journalists appear smoking cigars with Arben Ahmatej, journalists with villas and television even though with a salary of 300 USD, analysts with luxury cars, who strolled in the PD's windowed subways in the electoral fields, etc.

Some gang members, in the 320-page report on Arben Ahmetaj's 20-year corruption, have started desperately looking for a paragraph about Erion Veliaj.

It is said that Veliaj has proposed the incineration of waste for Tirana. It would be almost incriminating for a mayor who does not make proposals and does not take measures to address the waste problem.

How this process is carried out is another story.

The thread that separates a proposal in the public interest from a corrupt proposal is whether or not the proposer has benefited materially from his proposal.

Until now, there is no evidence that Erion Veliaj has benefited materially from the Tirana incinerator. If SPAK or any journalist discovers a single piece of evidence, Veliaj may the fate of Ahmetaj be reserved. Until today there is none.
