The fire that fell the previous day at the notary's office in Kumanovo under the ownership of Notary Vasil Martini by preliminary investigations is alleged to have been deliberate.

Sources suggest that security cameras in the area filmed and the moment a BMW-type car stops in front of the building, stays there for about 4 minutes and then leaves the scene.

The car captured by security cameras is being investigated if it was related to the event that occurred the day before.

The causes of this fire are not yet clear, but in his statement Martin expressed that he does not think to be intentional, as there is no conflict with any person.
