Who is "Juli of Pashako":

On October 13, 2017, Sula was questioned as a suspect for involvement in the assassination that shook Lushnje, where two people were killed and two others were injured.

Sula surrendered to the police and stated that he had no connection to the incident in which Jurgen Hoxha and Zamir Latifi were killed.
