A serious incident occurred the day before at the Unaza e Re roundabout, on "Sotir Caci" street. The Police announced that an employee of the Tirana Traffic Police Commissariat, on duty, signaled a vehicle to stop after noticing uncontrolled movement on the road.

The driver of the vehicle did not obey the police officer's order to stop, but continued driving.

Continuing to move, the driver of the vehicle dragged the police officer for several meters, endangering his life.

The police officer followed and stopped the vehicle, and asked the driver to present the documentation. The driver of the vehicle objected and then hit the police officer, causing physical injuries.

It is learned that the aggressor is Florjan Koçeku , who has been placed in handcuffs.

The 31-year-old man was arrested for resisting and striking a Traffic Police officer on duty.

On 18.03.2025, at the roundabout of the New Ring Road, on "Sotir Caci" street, the employee of the Tirana Traffic Police Commissariat, on duty, signaled a vehicle to stop, after noticing uncontrolled movement on the road.

The Police Services accompanied the driver of the vehicle to the Police Station, and at the conclusion of the procedural actions in the case, the Crime Investigation specialists of Police Station No. 4 arrested him in flagrante delicto, specifically citizen FK, 31 years old, resident of Tirana.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
