Muçi Shaljani (Sheqeri) is the 40-year-old who was injured in the attack in Rinas, where Gilmando Dani was killed. Shaljani is in critical condition in hospital.

Meanwhile, a vehicle was found burned in the village of Halil in Kruja, just moments before the assassination attempt.

It is learned that unidentified individuals fired from a Toyota Yaris with Greek license plates at the car carrying Dani, a person with a criminal record and considered Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man.

After the shooting, the car sped away in the direction of Fushë-Krujë.

This serious incident occurred just 100 meters from Rinas Airport, in a high-traffic and highly populated area.

Initial reports suggest that the perpetrators followed the "Benz" car for about 3 kilometers.
