Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani had a heated debate in the studio of the show "Breaking", while he was discussing the arrest of former MP Jurgis Çyrbja.

The latter was handcuffed by order of SPAK after being implicated with the criminal group of the Avdylajs, helping them to escape justice in some cases, as they had helped him secure the votes to become a deputy.

But lawyer Cakrani claimed that Çyrbja was a victim of this criminal group and acted against his will, after being threatened.

He said that on at least two occasions, Çyrbja was threatened by criminal groups, and he even added that in one episode they beat him in the office.

"The mafia today in Albania is like Ndragheta, it makes clean people around itself senators, governors, mayors, deputies... Mr. Çyrbja is the victim of this whole story. He was threatened on two occasions by the mafia. He is the victim, he did actions against his will. When they put a gun to your head, you are forced to serve the mafia.
