The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has reacted to the arrest of the candidate of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" for the Municipality of Himara, Fredi Beleri, who is accused of buying and selling votes.
In a post on social networks, Manjani writes that if Beleri was caught red-handed buying votes, then why hasn't the recipient of the money been arrested as well.
According to him, if money was given, why is it related to the votes when they have not yet been done. He further adds that if we are dealing only with promises, then the first prime minister should have been arrested.
Manjani says that there is no concrete evidence on the arrest of Fredi Beleri, or at least a reference to an event that happened. According to him, this is another fatal proof that shows that the state and the government are under the influence of Edi Rama
Full reaction:
So he was caught in the act, he is also a suspect!!!
If he was caught red-handed giving money, to whom did he give that money?!
Why was the receiver of the money not arrested in the act?!
How much money did he give?!
Where is the money object of crime?!
If money has been given, why is it linked to the votes, when they have not yet been done?!
For God's sake, don't tell us that you arrested the other because he promised!!! That you will have to arrest the "boss" first for promises!!!
Oooooo! Ooooo State Judicial Police!
With what work order do you justify the police pursuit of the candidate?! No reference. Just abusive interference.
Look carefully at what a disaster the official letters are with which people's liberties are denied in this country.
The letters that say u put in and dot. No facts, no proof to understand the blatantness. Just meaningless guesses and hints.
I repeat, it is claimed that he was arrested in the act! But no concrete evidence, or at least reference to an event that happened. Never!
****
This is another fatal proof that shows that the state and the government are under the influence of Edi Rama.
Nothing to do with political independence, the constitution and the law!

If I were a resident of Himara, I would vote for Fredi Bejler.
