Journalist Adriatik Doçi was yesterday in SPAK to file a criminal report against two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi as well as against former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

The report is about the investigations for the Elbasan incinerator, where according to the journalist Doçi, the two prosecutors of SPAK have hidden the evidence and deliberately diverted the investigations in order not to bring to justice the high socialist official and one of the signatories of the incinerator, Ahmetaj.

After these news came the reaction of the former Minister of Justice in the 'Rama 1' government, Ylli Manjani, who writes that SPAK has made arrests with a tendency to incinerators to save Arben Ahmetaj.

Manjani further adds that the report that the journalist made against two SPAK prosecutors ( Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi ) is a deliberate leak of information from the inside.

Përplasja e brendshme e tregon qartë se ka ende nevojë për hetime më lart sesa Lefter Koka dhe, duhet analizuar mirë e gjithë lëvizja e parave.

Emailet e K.Z., lëvizjet e parave të koncensionarit, deklarimet e drejtoreshës së Damianit, skema e evazionit me faturime fiktive dhe, lidhjet e bisnesmenëve me vendimmarrësit janë totalisht të pahetuara.

Tashmë është e qartë që ky hetim është i paplotë dhe me kosto të lartë sepse janë arrestuar e akuzuar njerëz, krejt kot. Të paktën deri më sot, kështu duket.

Zgjidhja e drejtë në këto kushte është:

1. Ngritja e një grupi të ri hetimor.

2. Bashkimi i të gjitha hetimeve për inceneratorët një një të vetme.

3. Gjykata duhet të kthejë për hetim të gjitha akuzat e papjekura që janë ngritur deri tani.

4. Lehtësim të masave të sigurisë për të arrestuarit e derisotëm.

5. Kryerje e hetimeve të gjithanshme të thella e të plota mbi çdo aspekt.

6. Suspension of commercial activity and payments for incineration, until the end of the investigations.

If they want to clarify this matter, they should take these measures and leave the spies against each other to journalists.
