The murder of Santiago Malko, GJKKO starts the trial for the 'Duke

In the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, the trial against the 6 accused for the murder of Santiago Malko will soon begin. SPAK had closed the investigations for the group considered as 'Klani Duka' since July 2021, but the trial against them was suspended because they are all on the run and no one has been arrested.

In the Court's decision, which states that Leonard Duka , Erlis Duka , Oltian Loga , Aleksandër Maxhaku , Fatmir Hyseni (Musai), Dritan Agaj (all absent and not caught by the police) are all accused of crimes such as "Structured Group Criminal", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group", " Premeditated murder ", " Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition ", all in connection with the event that occurred on August 27, 2019 when on the Street " Xhanfize Keko " in Tirana, policeman Santiago Malko was shot dead.

Who is Santiago Malco?
