The Special Prosecution Office has sent the criminal file to the Criminal Court of Kosovo and has requested that the case be transferred to a court session.

For this incident, Safet and Behar Bajri, as well as Asmter Bilali, are under the security measure of "prison arrest" for committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated murder" committed in the special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group".

Meanwhile, Eria Ago was released from Special Appeal a few days ago, while he remains under "house arrest".

The Special Prosecution Office has collected evidence on which it has created reasonable suspicion that the persons under investigation Behar Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri planned, organized and carried out on 10.08.2018, in the city of Shkodra, the murder with a firearm of citizen Fatbardh Lici, a relative of citizen Inrahim Lici.

The motive for his murder is suspected to be related to the attribution that citizen Behar Bajri makes to citizen Ibrahim Lici for the murder of his acquaintance, citizen Boran Berçana.
