Denis Meçe, accused of killing Egli Proga in The Oblast, has been let go in the "Arrest in Prison" security measure. This is the decision taken by the Appeal of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, while Mece had requested the change of the measure to a more lenient form.

Meanwhile, for Leonidha Guçen, Arjan Manellari and Voltan Shkulakun the court has appointed the measure "Obligation to appear".

The big event happened on August 10 this year. According to the evidence gathered by the police, Egli Proga went to the bar where the event occurred, to drink. Outside the bar was the author with two others, and these were also drunk, while inside the bar there was also a citizen alone, and he was drinking.

Egli was initially sitting with the person inside drinking with him and at this moment a debate has started with the three people who were drinking outside when Meçe approached asking for a cigarette. The perpetrator got up from his desk and went to the victim to explain what he had and the debate became frayed.

After that the author asked him to come out and explain himself and when they went outside the perpetrator pushed or hit the victim who fell and lost his life.
