The appeal of GJKKO has overturned the request of the sentenced to life imprisonment, Anterio Kaloshi, who had requested the exit from the special regime 41 biss.

Anterio Kaloshi appealed the decision of GJKKO, but the black squads left it in force, deciding that the prisoner should stay in the special regime 41 biss in the high security prison.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Nertina Kosova, today on 17.09.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 164 act, date 18.07.2024 registration, registered on the appeal of the convict/appellant Anterio Kaloshi, with object: "Appeal against decision no. 237, dated 28.06.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, annulment of the order of the Minister of Justice "On the placement in the special regime of the exercise of rights in the high security prison of the prisoner Anterio Kaloshi" and decided:

- Approval of decision no. 237, dated 28.06.2024 of the First Instance Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.
