A young Albanian, considered one of the hooligan fans of panathinaikos football team, has been arrested by Greek police with a firearm without permission.
The 23-year-old was captured in Athens with a CZ revolver and a cartridge, 45 additional rounds and 22 grams of marijuana.
The 23-year-old from Albania is known for the effectiveness of the Directorate for Combating Sports Violence after being spotted by cameras at the Olympic Stadium participating in the incidents of the 2021 Greek Cup final between Panathinaikos and PAOK.
The 23-year-old was also among those arrested for the murder of AEK fan Michalis Katsouris in August 2023 outside the Agia Sofia Stadium in Nea Philadelphia. However, for lack of evidence he was released.
