The Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Kurbini court, which sentenced Eduart Lamajn, one of the executioners of Bujar Lika and Paulin Gjergjit, to life imprisonment on May 30, 2020 in Gjorm i Kurbini.

The decision for Ilir Lika "Xhepaj", with 33 years in prison, was also upheld. They were found guilty of the crime of accomplice murder and illegal possession of firearms.

Ilir Lika "Xhepaj" was arrested in the Yzberishti area of ​​Tirana, while Eduard Lamaj was detained while receiving treatment at a private clinic in the "Student City" area.

Lamaj, in this event, was wounded in the leg, as a result of the exchange of fire he had with one of the victims, Bujar Lika.

The prosecution claimed in its claim that Eduard Lamaj and Ilir Lika collaborated together with two other people for the murder of Bujar Lika and Paulin Gjergjit. While searching for this serious event, Klaudio Përkola and Oltion Vlashi, who are on the run, have been announced.
