The Court of Appeal decided yesterday the release from the cell of the former soldier of the UCCK, Dritan Goxhaj , not allowing his extradition.

Today, Goxhaj was invited to the show "Breaking" with Fiori Dardha on Top News .

The former KLA soldier revealed at the beginning of the conversation the scandal with the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, which, contrary to the law, transferred his personal belongings to The Hague.

"We had a very difficult time communicating with you, are you still off the phone?" Goxhaj was asked by moderator Dardha.

"I have not changed, but the prosecutor's office of Tirana, contrary to all the laws of this country, has transferred all my electronic devices, my computer and my personal phone to the Criminal Court of The Hague without extradition and without the Court deciding on my extradition . So even though I have not been extradited, my phone is in The Hague. Something absurd is happening in this country of ours", said Goxhaj.  

Goxhaj was accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office, that through a status made on the social network "Facebook", he intimidated the witnesses in the trial for war crimes that is taking place in The Hague, against the leaders of the KLA.
