A person is suspected of committing the murder of father and son, Gjokë and Eduart Gurra, respectively 57 and 31 years old, on Thursday afternoon in the area of ​​Dukagjin.

According to TV Klan, citing sources from the investigative group, the author is suspected of having moved on foot, and after the incident he took advantage of the wooded area to leave the scene of the crime.

Until this stage, police investigations have focused on the track of conflicts that the victim, Gjokë Gurra, has had in the past regarding forest areas. This is because the 57-year-old, once an officer of the Shkodra Police in recent years, was dealing with the activity of trading wood for fire.

In order to track down the author, the investigative group has interrogated several people, but so far the police have not arrested anyone.

Gjokë and Eduart Gurra were traveling together in an SUV towards the village of Sumë, to see their apartment deliberately burned in the early hours of Thursday morning.

As soon as they approached their apartment, a person fired Kalashnikov volleys at the father and son, leaving them dead.

The investigators do not rule out the possibility that the arson was committed by the same person whose final goal was the murder of Gjokë and Eduart Gurrë.
