A disturbing case has been reported at the "Zyber Hallulli" Children's Home in Tirana.

In a video published by joq , it is learned that for about a month, one of the caregivers has been constantly yelling at the children.

The events are said to have occurred in the morning, around 8:00 AM, at a time when the children were feeding.

According to citizens who have heard the situation, the caregiver's behavior is not justifiable and is seen as psychological abuse.

The children in this institution are among the most vulnerable in society, which is why they require special attention and care, not screaming and harsh treatment.

The citizen's full message:

"Hello! I want to share an urgent concern!"

At the Zyber Hallulli orphanage, for about a month now, one of the caregivers has been heard systematically yelling at the children. It's 8 in the morning.

I don't know what a child who will be fed could have done to deserve such treatment.

This has been heard for about a month.

"We haven't heard anything before."
