The thief in Tirana

There are many cases when citizens have fallen prey to robbery by "pickpockets" in the urban areas of Tirana, but there are also cases when thieves have been caught red-handed and arrested by the Police.

Such a case was registered today in Tirana. A man stole a woman's wallet, but he was spotted and after the police check, he found the wallet hidden in his private parts.

"Here's where the wallet is, we found it, it's in the private part," the policeman can be heard saying in the video published by JOQ.

Meanwhile, at no point does the thief speak.
