The Director of the Traffic Police, Altin Qato, was filmed shooting a citizen with his shoulder during the protest on the Thumanë-Kashar highway.

He is seen pulling a person out of the car and then shooting him in the face.

According to journalist Klodiana Lala, the people in the car have been protesting about the Thumanë-Kashar highway, which has left thousands of residents isolated who do not have an entrance-exit on this axis.

But according to other reports, the driver was constantly honking his horn, after he was stuck in the protest traffic, which has revolted Qato.

Then, strangely, the driver and a passenger are handcuffed.
