AMP Notice:

A sector chief in the Durrës Police Directorate has been declared wanted by the AMP, because he is accused of occupying a state land in the Kallmi area and building a residential villa on it without a permit. It is about Kushtrim Selimi. 

The Police Supervision Agency informs that it has executed seven security measures, based on the order of the Court of Durrës and requested by the prosecution body, in relation to the criminal proceedings of 2024.

1 - Personal security measure "Imprisonment" against the citizen Kushtrim Selimi, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty in cooperation", "Illegal construction", "Theft of electricity". The citizen has been declared wanted since it was not possible to find him.

2 - Personal security measure "Arrest with prison" against EV citizen, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth". The citizen was declared wanted because he was not found in the apartment during the search.

3 - The measure of personal insurance "Compulsion to appear before the Judicial Police" against the citizen RO, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Criminal failure".

4 - Personal security measure "Suspension from duty" against the EP police officer with the duty of Assistant Community Policing Specialist at the Durrës Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty, carried out in cooperation".

5 - Personal security measure "Suspension from duty" against the SS police officer with Urban and Interurban Traffic Service in DVP Durrës, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Misuse of duty committed in collaboration".

6 - Personal security measure "Suspension from duty" against the KK police officer with the duty of Order Specialist in the Special Force Shqiponja in DVP Durrës, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Misuse of duty committed in collaboration". 

7 - Personal security measure "Suspension from duty" against the police officer AJ with the duty of Assistant Specialist of Community Policing at the Kavaje Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Misuse of duty committed in cooperation".

From the investigations carried out, evidence was provided that the citizen Kushtrim Selimi, during the time he was exercising his duties as Head of Sector near AMP Durres, using the attributes of the position, occupied a piece of land, state property in the "Kallm" neighborhood of Durres, where he illegally built a villa.

The police officers, already under security measures, aware of the illegal actions, have provided the necessary tools for construction.
