Prime Minister Edi Rama has long announced that public services in Albania will be powered by Artificial Intelligence.

During today's meeting to present AI's work in digital public services, not everything went according to plan. 

While 'Diella' was being introduced, which will assist citizens on the 'e-Albania' platform, its functions were not as precise as they should be.


This is because at one point, the president of AKSH,  Mirlinda Karçanaj, requested a service, but did not receive it. 

At these moments, to get out of the situation, Karçanaj has stated that sometimes 'Diella' is also wrong.

While he later emphasized that this is a 'test' project and not the 'live' project that is in e-Albania.
