The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has made another reaction on social networks from the Durrës detention center.

Pointing to a modest one-story house in Yrshek, owned by a family, built by the company "Fusha shpk", for which SPAK has imposed a security measure requiring the appearance of businessman Shkëlqim Fusha and has charged him with active corruption, Veliaj says that this is part of the charges, fabricated according to him, for which he is in prison.

Veliaj emphasizes that this fact shows "how far Olsa Dado's unbridled imagination, as a construction prosecutor, can go."

"Watch this video to understand how far the unbridled fantasy of Ols Dado, a construction prosecutor, goes, who has fabricated so much in the false file against me that he has even charged me with corruption for this modest 1-story house, which a respectable family from Yrshek, with savings and debts, built with the legal documentation provided by the "Fusha" company."

The construction prosecutor knows very well that in order to apply for a building permit, both for a 1-story house and for a multi-story building, the law requires that the construction be carried out by a company with the relevant licenses.

"The working family from Yrsheku, unlike the construction prosecutor, has never appeared at the Municipality of Tirana to inquire about the construction permit and now you find out how I corrupted Fusha, for this house with an area of ​​90m2 ," Veliaj writes, attaching a video he posted on social networks.
