This is Rayyan Alwan, 24 years old. She is no longer alive and authorities are trying to notify Palestinian parents of her murder.
On February 19, at 3:00 PM, the new woman appears entering Albania from Rinas Airport. Rayyan is accompanied by Fadi, who is her husband and, according to the police, is the main suspect and the only one accused of having murdered her with a knife.
The investigation shows that the couple rented an apartment for ten days through Airbnb. They had traveled from Berlin to Albania as tourists. At least that's what the young woman believed, but not her husband, who had another plan, to kill her and escape.
In the homeowner's testimony, the two were described as a Middle Eastern couple who spoke German and Arabic. The woman who gave them the keys didn't notice anything suspicious. But nine days later, on February 27, the witness called the police, concerned about the silence she had noticed in the apartment next door.
The dynamics of the crime, as police believe, took place between February 19 and February 22, the day the door was opened and Rayyan was found dead inside the apartment. Her husband, who is suspected of brutally beating her before leaving, had erased all traces.
He traveled early in the morning on the same day, February 22, leaving Albania.
From the collected data it results that the suspect has left through Greece towards Amsterdam. Fadi Alwan, 49 years old, is expected to be declared internationally wanted for murder due to family relations, while forensic medicine will scientifically prove when Rayyan was killed.
