The death of Lear Kurti, protests in front of the Ministry of the Interior: Chuçi resign!

As it was warned, dozens of citizens have gathered this evening in front of the Ministry of the Interior to demand justice for the death of 32-year-old Lear Kurti, who died in the hands of the Police.

The young man allegedly died after swallowing two doses of cocaine out of fear of the blue uniforms, but the protesters do not believe the Police's version, as they claim that he was raped by the officers.

They have raised doubts about the procedures followed by the police after the death of the young man, describing them as suspicious in an attempt to manipulate the event.

Protesters have called several times for the resignation of the Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi.
