9 months after the moves made in the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, it is learned that by order of Chief Police Officer Skënder Hita, Gëzim Zela has returned to head the Shkodra Traffic Police Sector, a position he held previously.

Blerim Laçi , who held the position of chief of the Shkodra Traffic Police Sector for 9 months, has been transferred to Durrës.

We recall that at the beginning of September 2025, Gëzim Nela Ai transferred to Tirana, where for several months he headed the Road Accidents Sector at the General Directorate of Road Traffic.

While his position in Shkodra was taken over by Blerim Laçi, a well-known name in the ranks of the blue uniforms, with a long career in the road traffic sector.

Laçi has also led similar structures in various cities in the country and has held important positions in Tirana and Durrës, writes newsbomb .
