Berisha's daughter and son-in-law demand lifting of asset seizure

Jamarbër and Argita Malltezi have filed a recourse with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania, opposing the seizure of their assets.

The appeal was filed against the decisions of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, as well as the Special Court of Appeal, reports journalist Anila Hoxha.

The object of the request includes the lifting of the seizure measure on immovable property, as well as the objection to their administration by the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of Interior.
