Ordered the murder of Devi Kasmi, SPAK demands life imprisonment for Altin Hoxhallar

SPAK notice: 

The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime presented on 19.01.2023 the final conclusions of the criminal case against the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, requesting among others:

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense of "Premeditated murder for interest", carried out in collaboration, in the form of a structured criminal group, to the detriment of the victim Dajvi Kasmi, and based on articles 78/2 , 28/4 and 334/3 of the Criminal Code, his sentence of life imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group and based on articles 278/1 , 28/4 and 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence of 12 years imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in large quantities and in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, and based on articles 278/6, 334/1 and 28/4 of the Criminal Code, his sentence of 15 years imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", carried out in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group and on the basis of articles 283/2 and 334/1 and 28/4 of Penal Code, his sentence of 20 years imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotics", carried out in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group and based on articles 284/2, 28/4 and 334/1 of the Criminal Code his sentence of 15 years in prison.

The guilty plea of ​​the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari, for the criminal offense of "Structured criminal group", provided by article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision his sentence of 8 (eight) years of imprisonment.

In application of Article 55 of the Criminal Code, the defendant Aurel (Altin) Hoxallari was sentenced to a single sentence of life imprisonment.

The sentence must be served in a high security prison and start from the day of his detention.

Clarification:  Final conclusions are part of the prosecution exercise. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a final decision.
